Cuepeat Privacy Policy The Cuepeat operator ("we", "us", or "the Operator") sets out this Privacy Policy regarding the handling of User information in the application "Cuepeat" (the "App"), as follows. 1. Handling of Audio Files Audio files you import into the App, along with related data such as playback position and A-B (section) settings, are stored only in app-private storage and a local database on your device. This data is never uploaded to any server operated by the Operator or by any third party. 2. About Advertising The free tier of the App uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) to display advertisements. For the purposes of ad delivery, effectiveness measurement, and fraud prevention, Google may handle information such as your device's advertising identifier, an approximate location estimated from your IP address, ad viewing activity, and app usage (including diagnostic data). On iOS, the App accesses the advertising identifier (IDFA) only if you grant permission through App Tracking Transparency (ATT). Even if you decline, all playback and looping features of the App remain fully available without restriction. For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the UK, or Switzerland, we obtain the consent required by law via Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). You can change your consent at any time from "Privacy Options" in the Settings screen. For details on how Google handles this information, please refer to Google's own Privacy Policy. 3. About In-App Purchases Purchase and restore processing for the Premium tier is handled through Apple's App Store (StoreKit) payment system. Payment information (such as credit card details) is handled by Apple; the Operator does not directly collect or retain it. An internet connection may be required when restoring purchases, in order to verify your App Store purchase history. 4. Features That Require an Internet Connection Playback of already-imported audio does not itself require an internet connection. The following features may require one: - Displaying advertisements - Purchasing or restoring the Premium tier 5. Handling of Data on App Deletion If you uninstall the App, the audio files and settings data stored in app-private storage are deleted in accordance with standard OS behavior.
