Q: I can't import an audio file.
Please check that the file is a common audio format (MP3, WAV, M4A, etc.). If it still doesn't work, contact us at the address above.
Q: What's the difference between Free and Premium?
The free tier limits your library to 5 tracks and shows ads. Premium (a one-time purchase, not a subscription) removes the track limit and hides ads.
Q: I bought Premium — how do I get it back after switching devices?
Use "Restore Purchases" in Settings while signed in with the same Apple Account you used to purchase.
Q: How do I change my ad consent settings?
If you're in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, a "Privacy Options" entry appears in Settings, letting you change your ad personalization consent at any time (it isn't shown outside those regions). See our Privacy Policy for details.
